RN Clinical Manager salaried position in our Clinical Department
We are seeking a RN Clinical Manager for an immediate opening. Dr. owned Home Health and Home Care agency servicing the Central Puget Sound region. Due to our large increase in our client base, we are looking for an RN to join our Clinical team with a client comes first attitude.
We provide a wide range of services to help individuals remain in their homes. Some of our current client care include: spinal cord, brain injury, bone and joint injury, infusion therapy, and ventilator care.
- $90,000-$100,000 salary depending on experience

RN Clinical Manager / Home Health
Duties, responsibilities, & accountabilities include but not limited To:
- Performing assessments which includes opening new client cases
- Observe clients for changes in condition. Document nursing observations, interventions and evaluations of the care being provided.
- RN Home Health visits
- Responsible for RN delegations and documentation
- Address emergent nursing issues
- Supervise Caregivers and clinicians by providing coaching, training, and performing supervisory visits
- Responsible for keeping us Joint Commission accredited through quarterly audits and programs
- Clinical administrative and director tasks/projects
- Hire skilled employees i.e. RN, PT, OT, and Speech Therapists
- Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via phone and visits
- Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications – Knowledge Required:
- Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Must demonstrate an ability to practice independently in the delivery of nursing care
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Health Care, with a minimum of two years in rehabilitation, critical care, med serge, home care, hospital, or hospice
- Successful and enjoys supervising employees
- Experience or understanding of the regulatory components including HIPAA, the Washington Administrative Codes, Labor Laws, and the Joint Commission
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Versatility, flexibility, creativity, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- A valid Washington State Driver’s License and auto insurance along with a reliable vehicle to use for travel to clients’ homes
- Ability to read and write in English
- Computer literate with experience in different computer programs
