We are seeking a qualified LCSW or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for an immediate opening. We are dedicated to patient wellness by providing the best comprehensive healthcare services. As part of an interdisciplinary behavioral health team, the Mental Health Counselor provides direct mental health services for patients and families of ages appropriate to training and licensure on a continuing basis in an integrated primary care/mental health outpatient clinic setting. Mental Health Counselors with a CADC certification will focus on substance abuse treatment.

- $65,000.00 Annual Salary, based on experience

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
- Provides mental health screenings, initial assessments, and on-going treatment and intervention.
- Provides clinical therapeutic services to patients, including individual and group therapy and coordination of treatment.
- Refers to other services (e.g. specialty care, community resources) as needed to resolve barriers to care and improve outcomes for the patient.
- Provides crisis intervention as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- LCSW from an accredited school by the Counsel on Social Work Education;
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), active Kentucky License in good standing; or
- Psychologist with a PhD, active Kentucky License in good standing
- Substance Abuse Counselor to be certified by the Kentucky Board of Certification of Alcohol and Drug Counselors (CADC) Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, families and/or adults;
- Must hold a current CPR certification.
